I have had people ask me recently if I’m trying to essentially double dip on my customers and create two side-by side revenue streams… I want to answer that question with a resounding ‘NO’. When I decided to become a real-estate agent, my first thought was “how do I add value for my customers in a way that no one else in Winnipeg is currently doing it?”. The thought was simple: I have been a professional painter for over ten years, with wonderful painters on staff here at Sustainable Painters… What if I could provide professional painting services (at my COST) to clients who trust me with the buying and selling of their homes? I figured this was a value-add service that very few (if any) other real-estate agents could offer. This offering would of course be in conjunction with other value-add services like professional staging (if needed) and quality advice on valuation, home renovation ideas, neighborhoods, market rental numbers, etc. I would love to discuss our value-add solutions in further detail, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
